Business Contacts Preparation Procedure

The most important part for organization of any business mission is preparation of business contacts. This activity is based on the Presentation Marketing Procedure.

At the 1st stage and according to this method and on the Customer approval we compile and update the data base of potential partners.

Then we make “Telemarketing” by all records in the data base during which we obtain additional data about potential partners, we find the person making decision, we inform this person about the Customer’s goods and we obtain information about the degree of interest in negotiations for cooperation.

About 15 companies the most promising for cooperation are selected among those companies which showed initial interest. Business Missions to Russia

According to results of preliminary presentation meetings we organize a business trip, individual or group, in order to hold personal meetings with companies ready for cooperation. Negotiations can be arranged in different formats:

  • Conference Venue – negotiations between the Customer or Customers and selected Russian companies are held in specially rented hotel rooms or premises of business centers according to the schedule of meetings agreed on beforehand.
